‘Nu’ is a fragrance only for you. This is not a fragrance for a night out, a dinner party, or a date but for the relaxing time at home or the time when you are facing your self. ‘Nu’ is not about nude, it is about yourself and inside of you. When do you put your perfumes? Do you put them for making your self look better when you go out? ‘Nu’ is a fragrance only for you, for your satisfaction. When you are relaxing at home, being alone, and facing yourself. I designed a fragrance that helps people enjoy seeing inside of themselves. The outer shape represents outside of you; the top shinning part shows the inside. The main color of ‘Nu’ is a gradient color which is the color came from the inside of our body.

Food Truck Rodeo is a local event hosted at City of Rochester, New York every year from summer to fall. The design utilizes illustration, icon and color to add characters to the event and to pursue the ultimate goal of increasing the number of attendant and building connection between people and local business.

Silver in Branding
Visual Identity for Serpico, a restaurant known for their eclectic and unusual food. The system was inspired by the total experience of the restaurant, which is as much a visual experience as it is a sensory one. I was drawn to the stark contrast between the restaurant’s dark industrial interior and the vibrant dishes. I captured the artistry of their food through hand-done abstract patterns. These elements are set off by minimalistic pieces, which compliment but do not interfere with the patterns, a direct influence of the restaurant’s style. The patterns are a result of dozens of individual ink daubs that were scanned separately, and then combined digitally.
